Colombo Construction Company evaluated the customer’s requirements for an appropriate building system (i.e., refrigeration and storage facility management) and constructed a cold storage addition to the existing agricultural processing facility with a pre-cooler room. This new addition included construction of a 55,000 sf facility, new concrete slab, pre-engineered metal building with spray foam insulation. Mechanical systems included an ammonia refrigeration system and associated electrical and plumbing.
