PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Wasco Union High School District’s Phase V modernization included preconstruction and construction services for the reconfiguration of Wasco Union High School’s existing library, cafeteria, band building, as well as various other services and landscaping upgrades.
The three year project incorporated five phases of construction with an overall objective to modernize the entire school campus. It was imperative to establish sequencing of construction activities on a “live” campus with little to no disruption to students and staff.
Wasco Union High School was established in 1914 when the voters of the Cleveland, Maple, Wildwood, Polar, Semi-tropic and Wasco Elementary School Districts approved the formation of a High School to coincide with the new addition of the Wasco Union High School District that same year.
