The South Fork Union Elementary School District project encompassed the relocation of an existing modular classroom, the construction and installation of a new slab on grade permanent modular building and related sitework.  The scope of work also included accessible parking improvements, accessible restrooms and drinking fountain, AC paving, concrete walkways, new fencing, underground utilities and fire alarm upgrades / installation to meet ADA accessibility guidelines.      

This project utilized the Office of Public-School Construction “All Day Kindergarten Grant” to assist the district in providing additional educational services for new kindergarten students entering the District.  This is the first capital improvement project the District had engaged in on over a decade and the staff at Colombo Construction are pleased to assist them in this process.
