The new Rosedale Middle School gymnasium included preconstruction and construction service utilizing the Construction Management Multiple Prime construction delivery method. Scope of work incorporated demolition and site preparation, site construction of a new 14,856 sf gym building, mechanical yard, sump, concrete walkways and planters.
