Constructed in 1962, the 50-year modernization of Foothill High School incorporated preconstruction and construction services for a campus wide renovation and new fresh transformation.
This CM Multiple-Prime construction project included a complete modernization to the existing administration building, performing arts center, cafeteria, industrial arts building, boys and girls gym/showers/lockers, classroom wings (Annex C and Annex D) and quad area. New landscaping upgrades and small learning communities were added throughout the campus. The existing gymnasium received a new addition for ticket sales and concessions.
Demolition and replacement of new football stadium including press box, concessions, visitors restrooms and new field lighting. Resurfacing and installation of all-weather track and field appurtenances at stadium including new athletic fields and irrigation improvements throughout.
Much of the modernization replaced and/or upgraded the existing infrastructure which included low-voltage electrical, plumbing, HVAC, campus wide fire alarm, hardware and in general, recondition or replace many of the existing structural and interior finishes.
