The scope of work included the complete demolition and remodel of the existing Cath Lab #3, control room and office area located in the Cath Lab Department at Bakersfield Memorial Hospital. Bakersfield’s first and new state-of-the-art hybrid Catherization Lab #3 / CVOR at the Sarvanand Heart & Brain Center features a combined cath lab and operating room suite including equipment room, control room and pump room. The hybrid capabilities of the new lab/OR bring advanced procedures best delivered in an integrated room allowing both surgical and intravascular procedures to occur sequentially or simultaneously, without moving patients from one procedure room to another.
