Kern County Superintendent of Schools Preconstruction and construction services for a new  4,232 sf modular Special Education Medical Therapy Unit at Thompson Junior High School to include six - 15’ x 32’ floors for the Metal Therapy Unit Building and two - 12’ x 40’ floors for the classroom.  Other finishes and components include  multizone split system HVAC units, stand alone fire alarm system, security, data/comm and low voltage system.  Site utilities included new parking, curbing, striping and signage, new underground electrical, plumbing and sewage.
