Preconstruction and construction services for the new K-6 Elementary School. The project was designed and constructed according to the Department of Defense (DoD) Minimum Antiterrorism Standards for Buildings. The scope includes demo of the existing Richmond facility located on the Naval Air Weapons Station in China Lake, CA. Onsite improvements include, site rough grading and finish grading, and on-site retention basins. Building pad preparation, underground utilities, water, power, low voltage, gas, sewer, storm drainage, on-site fire hydrants, concrete curbs, gutters, walks and paving, chain link, masonry and metal fencing. Increment 2 includes: Administration Building, Multi-Purpose Room, Kitchen, Information Center and Kindergarten Building, Classroom Building (Grades 1-3), Classroom Building (Grades 4-5); and Classroom Building (STEM).
