Preconstruction and construction services for a new 10,340 sf new Pediatric Surgery Expansion project at Bakersfield Memorial Hospital. The project includes the addition of two dedicated pediatric operating rooms, eight dedicated prep/recovery (PACU) bays, and all code required support spaces. The new Pediatric Surgery Suite connects to the existing Surgical Suite located in the hospital’s adjacent East Tower and Cath Lab buildings. The project expands vertically over the existing Emergency Department.
